2.We will have limited treatments available to start. due to guidelines we are unable to perform certain services. **UNFORTUNATELY, AT THIS TIME, WE ARE UNABLE TO provide any aesthetic services with Anastasia.

3. Only Patients with scheduled appointments are allowed in the office. In order to comply with regulations please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment (this includes children).

4.Please call the office when you arrive and remain in your car, we will confirm when the provider is ready for you and a medical assistant will meet you at the door. this is to prevent people from being held up in waiting area.

5.PLEASE wear a mask that covers your mouth and nose, it is a requirement to enter the office.

6.PLEASE AVOID BRINGING extra items with you to your appointment (large or multiple bags, coats etc.)

7. If you have a fever, cough, are sick or have been in contact with anyone positive for the coronavirus recently, You need to reschedule your appointment.

8.we encourage the use of credit/debit cards, apple pay, google pay etc. but will accept all forms of payment.
